Energy Meditation Therapy

Offering two class levels curated to expand your meditation experience

 

Level 1 | 50 min.
A great way to get into meditation, class starts with energy yoga incorporating breathing & movement exercises. Level 1 is designed to stimulate the psychic energy system (the chakras), followed with a short period of sitting meditation called Energy Meditation Therapy that ends with a brief talk and Q&A.

 

Level 2 | 75 min.
Designed for seasoned participants, class starts with energy yoga incorporating deep breathing & movement exercises. Level 2 is a more intense experience designed to stimulate the psychic energy system (the chakras), followed with a longer period of sitting meditation called Energy Meditation Therapy that ends with a talk and Q&A.

 

Daily morning meditation starts at 8:30 am
If you are first timer, please join us at least 20 minutes before session starts to go over class details
